We are excited to announce that Paul Thompson has been promoted to Associate Head Coach. Coach Thompson is entering his second year with the program, following a successful 13 year professional playing career in the NHL and AHL.

Congratulations to Nathan Cobery ‘24 and Joe Hobot ‘24 on making both the New Balance All-American Game and the National Senior All-Star Game! They become the first Pelicans to be invited to the Senior All-Star game and follow Ari Sussman ‘06 as alumni in the All-American Game!

@T_F_Berger @edutopia At the high school level our students grade is made up of 85% summative scores and 15% formative scores. That breakdown exists at the middle school level too but the formative percentage gets larger as you go down in grade level.

Question for teachers: Do you grade formative assessments? I was under the impression that they were ungraded, but recently I found out I may be wrong about that. Thanks for your help!
