@BayGoalsPod Bay FC now has the second most goal-scorers (I think 10 now?) this season to Kansas City, which is awesome. But why aren't Oshoala and Kundananji scoring?

@Owen_Stephens Preference is in person with high quality maps and minis, snacks everywhere. If I can’t be in person (pandemic, dispersed group, etc.), then it’s Foundry VTT all the way.

Do you prefer to do your ttRPG gaming in-person theater of the mind, in-person around a map and miniatures, on a VTT (and if so, which one), or with some other setup?

@AdrienneLaF Sadly, it’s “Lost Connections” by Johann Hari. So many folks are either struggling or have an older kid who is, and I found it a really thought-provoking look at all of that.

What’s the one book you’ve recommended to people more than any other over the past 10 years?

@getnickwright I’ve been listening along to every one, but I just can’t. Thinking Lebron is awesome doesn’t mean you have to push Jordan or the Warriors down. The Chiefs won’t win every game. I know these takes aren’t meant to be truly objective but come on, man. You’re becoming Skip Bayless.

@boymonster It was the thing that scared my gaming group away from Sentinel Comics RPG, which was such a bummer for me. Maybe superhero TTRPGs should do it with campaign progression (contacts, etc.) or power maneuvers or… or… I don’t know. But some changing currency.
