@CellReports @SIGNATHER @crctoncopole @AgneseCristini @BeryNicolas @gcapranico We show that SCAN1 cells accumulate transcriptional DSB, specifically in G1-phase cells. Mutated TDP1 both increases transcriptional DSB production and hampers DSB repair by TDP2 compensatory pathway.
