4 years later I have submitted my PhD thesis. To everyone that helped, thank you so much.

My final first author research article from my PhD was published in Analyst. OrbiSIMS depth profiling tracked the growth of polyaromatic species in carbon deposits. I cannot thank everyone on this paper enough for making this possible. #Sims pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Yesterday I ran my first 50k Ultra Marathon, I was happy at the start, midway and end of the race as photos show! Very muddy - but so happy this has been a long time of training and years of building up from less than 5k and I never thought I'd get there but here we are 😀

Incredibly happy that I just achieved a PB for my 5km @parkrun this morning. I've had an incredibly stressful and busy 4 weeks and to run a hilly 5km in 26:42 (finally broke that 27min mark!!) is massive for me. Weekend made 💪🏃‍♀️

I don't just run and research, sometimes I go to see nice views
