@MojoInTheMorn expired eggs won’t make you sick! I had a friend that worked at a restaurant and they always used eggs that were 4 to 6 weeks out of date! And he said they would last longer. We treat them and refrigerate them. Fresh eggs from a chicken you leave on the counter!
