Bayelsa coastline is about 203 kilometres—making it the longest in Nigeria with about 13 openings to the Atlantic Ocean.

This is what states should be doing.
Imagine 100 MW power plant in each state. Thats additional 3,600 MW to our output.
Mind you, constant power will not be cheap.
