As we wrap up a semester of #EbookSchool and head into another, I want to talk about ASSIGNMENT EXTENSIONS and something about them that just grinds my gears (1/11)

Publishing, we should be more afraid of losing passionate & talented BIPOC colleagues from our orgs than we are of SHOWING that Black lives matter to us. Thoughts & prayers don’t cut it. We all learned “show, don’t tell” in highschool. We are long overdue on the SHOWING.
