GCS is adding 4 strategies to our toolbox to keep students, staff and families safe: 1. An expanded school safety office 2. Incentives to staff members to work athletic events 3. Anti-bullying training for administrators 4. A Student-led school safety summit

For teachers to be “All In” doesn’t mean they have to be at school til 7 every night. Doesn’t mean they need to take school work home with them every night. Doesn’t mean they need to be swamped every weekend with planning or grading. This isn’t All In, this is Burned Out.

Find ways to tell the people around you that you appreciate them.
