Look at are her politics. She almost acquired a pariah state label for choosing to follow Tinkhundla system of government. When the world including some African brothers and some internal opponents demonized our various cultures practices and celebrations, eMaswati simply dug in. Attendance in the national festivals surged! Beijing should have asked from the West if the carrot or the stick works with Eswatini. Neither does. At one point when Eswatini was in a cash crunch, our brothers South Africa offered cash on the condition we went Multi Party. Eswatini said “No thanks, we will survive”.
