Welcome to the Calhoun Data Detective Headquarters! We had to have fun for our first data protocol with our teachers. The mission: turn student data analysis from ‘dreadful’ to ‘detective work.’ Mission accomplished. 🫡 🕵️‍♀️🫆🔍

Honoring our heroes in Pre-K today! 🇺🇸 We learned what it means to be a veteran, colored pages for each military branch, listened to a special read-aloud, and made red, white & blue tear art to say thank you!❤️🤍💙 #calhounconnects @PISDCalhoun

🩺🚑 This week was all about Health Helpers! We learned how nurses, doctors, dentists & paramedics keep us healthy. Nurse Gabbie even taught us to sing “Happy Birthday” twice while handwashing! 🎶🧼 So much fun learning healthy habits! 💙#calhounconnects

🎡🎉 We’re gearing up for a TEXAS-sized celebration in Pre-K this Monday — it’s almost Fair Day in our classroom! From fair-themed centers to a virtual Ferris wheel ride and popcorn snacks, we can’t wait to bring the magic of the midway to our little learners! #calhounconnects

Last stop was Music and Movement! We found a room with spheres of all sizes ! Our 3D shape hunt around our school was so FUN! 😍
