More happy tenants this week! As well as being situated in a breath-taking countryside setting, our new homes at Comin Y Coed have been built to an exceptional standard by Lewis homes. A great example of quality affordable homes being delivered through Section 106 partnership's.

@alwildavid @RCTCouncil @LlantrisantCC I had heard about the sign, but I actually saw it this morning 😳. It’s HUGE and as you say not in keeping with the character and heritage of the town. It’s a conservation area after all. Hope something is done to remove this one & install something more suitable.

All for new businesses opening in the town to enhance the locality but how on earth has this sign been granted permission? @RCTCouncil @LlantrisantCC @MysteriousGlynHolmes It looks like something on City Road, Cardiff. Definitely not in keeping with the area.#Llantrisant
