Nathan Carman says his house is for sale and he plans to use the money from the sale to hire new attorneys Judge King “concerned” Nathan has appeared by himself today.

Family’s attorney says Nathan Carman has been continually late or lax in filing responses to both lawsuits he is facing. Cites several motions to compel.

Attorneys say the things they want to compel are documentation and not “testimony” meaning they aren’t covered by the fifth amendment.

Nathan Carman says It’s a challenge to face this lawsuit and his personal issues he struggles with daily.
