One thing I like about Korra is how she was able to overcome Amon’s blood bending without needing the avatar state. Showed she is strong with insane raw power.

Because if he did, the show would’ve ended in about 3 episodes. But seriously, is there any reason an airbender can’t do this, or is it just one of those abilities that’s so overpowered the writers had to pretend it doesn’t exist? We saw Zaheer do something pretty close to it, so what’s stopping someone like Aang from using it in a life or death battle?

For all you wondering who would win if Avatar Aang and Avatar Korra fought This is an interesting perspective.

Some people just need to understand that, Aang isn't someone you mess with when he is out of control or not holding back at all.
