Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the transactions were linked to the recent hacks of several Algorand community members.

How to rekey your MyAlgo accounts using @deflyapp
Overall proceduce:
1) **Rekey a test account first**
2) Check that you can spend some ALGO from rekeyed test: send 1 ALGO to yourself
3) confirm sent on algoexplorer
4) Rekey with real MyAlgo account(s)
