OneJustice celebrates the California Supreme Court's unanimous ruling in Cal. Capitol Insurance Co. v. Hoehn, which makes it easier to challenge unfair debt collection judgments. This decision overrules a 2-year limit and protects those harmed by improper service. #ConsumerDebt
