So every player has to have a ‘resale value’ what of the experience is bringing to the team, the mentality and leadership he’s bringing and passing to the players that will live in them even after he leave. We talk about the possibility of selling Andrey Santos while Romeo Lavia is still there. Imagine selling Santos and keeping Lavia. 🤔 For the record, I want both to stay if Lavia can stay fit. But we can't sell a fit guy and leave one that is rarely fit. It doesn't make sense to me.

@ENZOIZU Has never lived up to the €120M the Club spent on him. He was supposed to be the face of the project but his football abilities fall far short of expectations. If he leaves, we all hope it works, it will be the Club cutting its loss & starting something truly exciting.

@charliepatrick0 I have not seen Enzo playing ball even once & felt wow, that guy needs a penny more to his £180k a week wage. It's the same way the club has felt too apparently. His best bet is to get a release to where he feels his "true worth" will be paid him.

This is always going to be an issue at Chelsea because players will hit an earning ceiling. They will see others earning significantly more elsewhere. It’s exactly how you end up becoming a stepping stone club. I’m not saying give them anything but pay them properly!

It's possible that Javier Pastore was using Real Madrid to get the wages he was demanding from Chelsea. He has lost that leverage. Poor agent. Enzo isn't cheap, and he has only two options: find a club to pay £120m or renew on Chelsea's terms. It looks like the second option is the most viable at the moment.

@Onuh2Sam @Blue_Footy Chelsea won’t accept any loan offer for him because they’re not looking to sell him initially. He’s the one that’s trying to force his way out. If Chelsea is willing to listen to offers for him then I’d reckon they’ll want to loan him. Looking at it, he will continue there.
