@gtbank_help I think it’s very unfair to be charged for a service that was not completely rendered. As touching 737 for airtime or data recharge, I found out that once I the code *737# is dailed, N6.98 is immediately charged whether the process was completed or not.

@AirtelNigeria Making payment such as renewing subs, buying airtime and all that with the Airtel app is usually a crap. Been trying to reload my 5g router with the app for days now without success. I can’t continue to go to the outlets to do that. It’s additional cost for me.

I need to know if it’s decent for shop owners to charge additional N50 on Purchase transactions on your machines. I understand that business POS points but I need to be cleared if shop owners are allowed. I was charge N50 for this purchase and the shop owner says it’s the rule

Gtbank does not respond to complaints on social media until after several days or week, infact it can be so annoying. I have sent at least 4 respective messages at different times and dates on twitter regarding POS failed dispenses, NO response. I here is another.

Contacting Gtbank on social media is a waste of time, they somtimes wait for as much 3-4days before responding to messages.
