A Japanese creator revealed that they received a message from an overseas platform stating that works containing hypnotic depictions have been banned due to issues with credit card companies. While both Visa and Mastercard publicly state that they will not suspend transactions for legal items, they have rules within their own regulations that restrict sexual depictions, and these restrictions have been tightening in recent years, making countermeasures necessary.
