Finding wisdom in each frame. Every frame holds a universe. A right question unlocks an entire panoramic frame. I reframe. I question. I provoke.

Dr. Manning's AI wouldn't answer until Spooner asked the right question. This scene from the movie I, Robot has lived in my head for ~20 years. Most content asks you to look, and admire. I would rather ask you to think deeply🤔 Most people see a frame. The right question makes it 'Truly Panoramic' 💫

@interesting_aIl US $ depreciation is a primary driver for why nearly every hard assets has appreciated between 2006-26. More currency units are required to buy the same asset. Sometimes re-framing the scenario clearly highlights the root cause of the issue.

@movie_tvshows_ Loved the ending scene in the first Nobody movie🤩 Most badass scene ... the audience was begging for a sequel post this movie. It shows power is not about display of strength but quiet confidence in your ability. Verdict: 10/10 💯

Real happiness blooms in simple things.🥹 It's the small, everyday acts of kindness that can make a huge difference, especially to animals who can't speak up for themselves. Like, feeding a stray cat or giving water to a thirsty bird can brighten up their whole day, and yours too! 💖🥹

Most product teams answer the stated problem. Omotenashi solves the unstated feeling behind it. Interestingly, I found a similar connection with Prof. Marty Cagan's book - 'Inspired: How to Build Products Customers Love'. The best product teams don't ask: "what should we build ?" Instead, they ask: "How would our users feel ... and what would make that feeling whole ?" The right question widens the frame every time. ⚡️ #PanoramicQ

🇯🇵 Japan is not living in 2050. Japan is asking questions the rest of the world won't ask until 2050. おもてなし — 表裏なし Without front and back. Complete sincerity♥️ 気配り Anticipating what you need — before you know you need it. Bento box is just the answer. The "question" behind it is where Japan lives 💫

Electric train propulsion system is good ... but if you want to truly understand what great means - then check out how MagLev train propultion works. MagLev is short for Magnetic Levitation ... no contact between the underlying track and wheels - so no friction. The entire train levitates (floats) due to superconducting materials that generate magnetism. 🤯

The icing problem is NOT about engineering or technicalities. It is whether you earned your frame or borrowed it. Borrowed frames always have an icing problem waiting. The right question unlocks it every time. 💫 #PanoramicQ

Stane mocks "your suit is inferior" Stark responds "How did you solve the icing problem ?" 💀 Stane freezes because he never went through the struggle that Stark did ... building his first suit "in a cave with a box full of scraps". And that is the fundamental difference between copied knowledge and earned knowledge.

@FyZ_313 @interesting_aIl Yes. But by an even more fierce and well-trained opponent. What makes you so confident that you can take on some one who clocks his arms confidently and is ready to go a few rounds of bare knuckle boxing ?

Stark responds with: ~ Clarity ~ Brevity ~ Authority ~ Knowing what matters right now ... and having the confidence to leave everything else unspoken - is a skill worth building. Most people see a frame. The right question makes it Panoramic. Btw, I am a huge fan of Iron Man. Love him 3000 😍

Most people answer "what is the problem?" by thinking out loud. They want to show how deeply they understand their field, and complexity of their work. Most people provide a data dump of everything they know to senior management leaders - outsourcing the judgment to leaders. Stark does the opposite. He re-frames Peter's question as: "What does Peter Parker need to know right now to be useful ?"

🧵 Masterclass response from Iron Man Spiderman asks "what is this guy's problem ?" Iron Man's response is just 14 words in the middle of a ranging battle: "He is from space. He came here to steal a necklace from a wizard." Here is why new management consultants ... or just about everyone needs to learn this today. #PanoramicQ
