I read this in a manga and further searched the internet and the first emotion "believed" to be felt is Fear. It helped the humans survive from predators and from unknown things. I'll have to read some research on babies to confirm this but it is my landmark for now.

Okay so there are 2 possibilities- 1. We are genuinely organic matter and all our memories and actions are chemicals and atoms. When we die, we just die. There's nothing after that.

My CS classmates are so lame. They have never heard of Alan Turing, Ada Lovlace, Edward Snowden, Steve Wozniak, and other pioneers. Skill isn't the issue. They just lack the historical context. Hard to befriend.
