@jcz_m A lot of what makes art great can be small and subtle, in a way a layman can't fully identify or put into words. Easy for someone to love something but not understand exactly why it was so great. Or those who can, at least in part, but are still tricked by the idea of 'progress'

@jcz_m Unfortunately games, as technological entertainment, have always suffered an 'objective' technical scale of improvement. The slew of remakes that mostly seek to slap a new coat of paint on beloved titles are the pinnacle of this phenomenon.

I've been a bit unplugged from Disney comics for a while, but I'd like to get back in now that I have proper income. At the very least I'd like to get more volumes of Fantagraphics' Carl Barks Library despite the edits Disney made them do half way through.

I did not realise Fantagraphics brought back the monthly Disney comic lines.
