@premierinn we have a reservation for tomorrow. Wanted to come today for an additional night. The rate however is a lot higher. Customer services can’t offer anything better. Seems strange you would rather risk the room being empty than offering a regular customer a deal.

@premierinn Sadly they weren’t interested. Funny how if those 4 spaces are occupied and paid for it’s almost £15k worth of revenue over a year and horizon could also fine you for parking in one when you can’t charge or don’t have an ev. Just needs any of common sense.

@premierinn & Horizon Car Parking need to get their acts together at Southampton airport hotel. 4 EV spaces apparently haven’t worked for a year yet you’re not allowed to park there overnight when the rest of the car park is fully booked.

@premierinn Norwich East hotel. I get that the bar is quiet and the staff and winding up for the evening, but locking a fire exit when there are still customers present … outright dangerous!!

@premierinn just recently stayed at Sunderland, where your info states parking is £17 for 24hrs, but I got charged £19.20 for less than 24hrs

We have been staying at a @premierinn for two nights. While the hotel itself has been fine, the free Wi-Fi works better than the “ultimate” version that I paid for. Huh?
