For the clubs to earn money from this deal, Genius Sports needs to Recover the 64.39 crore, if they earn 70.39 crore revenue (for example in the 2025-26 season), 6 cr is the profit. Out of 6cr, 1.8 cr will be go to Genius(30%). 3.6 cr/14-15 clubs(60%), 60 lakh for AIFF(10%). And there's an annual increment of 5%. The higher the bid amount, the lower the chance to BREAK EVEN If Genius doesn't recover the money they spend, no money for ISL Clubs despite ISL clubs spending money for various expenditure like Accommodation, Maintenance of Training facilities, rent, and mainly Salaries. Repeating again, AIFF get only 12.87 cr from Genius Sports (Highest bidder)
