Update & Clarification Regarding @fundingpips Situation Earlier, I made a post explaining a situation I experienced with my $100K account at @fundingpips The purpose of that thread was simply to bring attention to what I believed was an issue on my account and to seek clarity. After that post, the matter was reviewed internally by the @fundingpips team. I want to sincerely apologize to the @fundingpips team for any unintended negative attention the situation may have created while the review process was still ongoing. My intention was never to damage the reputation of the firm, but simply to address a concern I believed needed clarification. I also want to publicly appreciate the CEO of Funding Pips, @Khldfx who personally stepped in to review the situation. He took the time to look into the case thoroughly and ensured the issue was handled properly and professionally. As a result, I have deleted my initial post since the matter has already been addressed and resolved. This experience actually reinforced something important, when concerns are raised, responsible leadership matters. The fact that the CEO himself took ownership and worked toward a resolution shows the level of accountability behind the brand. To my audience and the trading community: transparency is important to me, which is why I spoke up initially, and it is equally important for me to update you now that the issue has been resolved. I appreciate everyone who reached out with support and concern. Thank you to the FundingPips team for addressing the matter, and special thanks again to Khaled for personally ensuring everything was sorted out. We move forward from here. 🤝
