@RAM__maroc_ Are you though? Now It’s been 85 days since I filed my claim because you left me stranded due to overbooking my flight. Despite providing my information many times all requests for compensation are continuously ignored both over email and over the phone.

@royalairmaroc My suitcase was damaged, and I filed a complaint. They informed me that there is compensation and requested my bank details. However, a month has passed since I sent the information, and I have not received any updates on when the amount will be credited.

@royalairmaroc The worst airline. I don’t recommend them to anyone. I flew with them in 2023 and 2024. On both occasions my 2x 23kg were missing and no one will respond to me . Use them at your risk
