****FINAL SEATS FILLED - DUBLIN SOUTH-CENTRAL**** Jen Cummins (SD) Aengus Ó Snodaigh (SF) Máire Devine (SF) (Catherine Ardagh FF elected in the previous count)

Among her priorities: finding school places for children with additional needs, through a 'central application system'. She said her own son Darragh, who is autistic, does not yet have a school place from January.

Dublin South-Central has its first TD of the 34th Dáil. FF’s Catherine Ardagh was elected on the 14th Count. She said she was “humbled and honoured” to be selected to serve the people of DSC, and looked forward to following in the footsteps of her late father, Seán Ardagh

SF's Daithí Doolan eliminated after count 11. Expect his 3,649 transfers to benefit running mates Aengus Ó Snodaigh and Máire Devine

An ever-evolving leaderboard for Dublin South-Central provoking much interest here in the RDS. FF's Catherine Ardagh currently out in front after receiving 2,146 transfers from FG's Mary Seery Kearney in Count 11.

Seery Kearney’s team said they were satisfied with process and Count 11 will proceed.

A recheck of transfers from Patrick Costello to Darragh Moriarty has taken place following a request from Mary Seery Kearney’s team. Just three votes separated FG’s Seery Kearney and Labour’s Moriarty in the last count. One ballot was deemed not to be non-transferable.

Morning all 👋 We’re all caffeinated up and ready to rock and roll on day 2. 6th count for Dublin South Central due to get underway here at the RDS at 10am

- Joan Collins (RTC) will hope she can make gains from transfers to help her keep her seat, but she has a battle on her hands with 2,992 votes currently - A poor showing from the Green Party's Patrick Costello means he is unlikely to be returned to the Dáil. He has 2,299 votes

- SF in contention for a second seat with both Máire Devine (3872) and Daithi Doolan (3328) in the mix - Also performing strongly: Catherine Ardagh (FF) 4027, Hazel De Nortúin (PBP-S) 3422 + Jen Cummins (SD) 3383

The counting of votes has been suspended until tomorrow morning in Dublin South-Central. Here's a quick summary of the day: - No candidate elected after 5 counts - SF's Aengus Ó Snodaigh is leading the pack with 4,521 votes, still significantly short of the 7,469 quota
