Clavicular reveals why being 6'2 isn't enough and he's seriously considering limb lengthening surgery "6'2 is already very tall but in terms of percentiles it's only 91st percentile..6'6 we get to 99th" "I'm someone who wants to be the best and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get there"

Andrew Tate explains why having kids is the highest ROI decision in life "Kids are cheap, it's the women that are expensive. If you can keep the women in line, kids are the most fantastic return on investment" "Between my brother and I, we have double digit children, kids are something you invest in until about the age of eight or nine, and they only cost a couple 20 bucks a week of food" "By the time they're that old, as long as you've been a good parent and you haven't raised little brats, you'd be surprised how much cleaning they can do getting you things keeping the house in order"

That is fine for him...I do not really care. My main issue with people who have no kids...I do not take anything they say seriously, not really...especially when it comes to things like politics or religion etc. They have no steak in the game.....how the planet ends up is not a concern for them as they have no heirs to either benefit from or be burden by it. I have a few friends with no kids...they are still my friends, but when it comes to these things I do not put any weight in their opinions.

Seth Rogen says the best decision he’s made is not having children, adding it’s a big reason for his success and that it lets him do things most parents can’t, saying he’s been around plenty of kids and knows it’s not for him 🤔👀 "This world doesn't need more children."

“Clean eating” doesn’t fix gut issues. If digestion is broken, even clean food feeds the problem. Which is why understanding sensitivities are key. That's what helps to solve gut issues the right way.

Men in their late 20s are looking 40 and nobody is telling them why Puffy face. Grey skin. Eye bags at noon. People guessing their age wrong by a decade It's not genetics. It's inflammation aging them from the inside out The puffiness under the eyes is fluid retention from a gut that's been leaking toxins into the bloodstream for years The dull skin is a liver so backed up with endotoxin that it can't clear the waste that shows up on the face The dark circles aren't from lack of sleep. They're from poor circulation driven by chronic stress hormones. Body in survival mode. Blood gets pulled to vital organs. The face gets what's left over Aging happens when cells can't repair faster than they're being damaged. Inflammation accelerates that damage. Every single day The guys who "age well" aren't genetic freaks Their inflammation is low. Their digestion works. Their hormones are where they should be. Their body can spend resources on repair instead of firefighting The guys who look 40 at 28 are inflamed, underfed, stressed, sleeping 5 hours, running on caffeine. Their body is triaging. Skin repair is the LAST thing that gets funded when the system is in crisis The $100 billion skincare industry is topical products trying to fix a problem that starts in the gut. Moisturizer doesn't fix internal inflammation I looked 5 years younger within 3 months of fixing my gut. Face leaned out. Puffiness gone. Dark circles faded. Skin cleared. People asked if I'd been on vacation Wasn't vacation. Just stopped being inflamed What actually works: - Fix the gut. Endotoxin from a leaky gut drives the systemic inflammation that ages every tissue in the body. Bone broth, L-glutamine, zinc carnosine. Stop caffeine on an empty stomach - Cut seed oils. They oxidize in cell membranes and accelerate aging at the cellular level. Cook in butter, ghee, tallow - Eat enough. Undereating suppresses thyroid. Low thyroid = puffy face, dry skin, thinning hair, fluid retention. Every "anti-aging" influencer is fasting and wondering why they look older - Liver support. The liver clears the waste that shows up on skin. Glycine, taurine, enough protein to fuel detox pathways. Overwhelmed liver = your face shows it - Magnesium and zinc. Both required for skin cell turnover and collagen synthesis. Both depleted by stress - Sleep 7-8 hours. Growth hormone peaks during deep sleep. Growth hormone drives tissue repair. No deep sleep = no repair = faster aging The face is a dashboard for internal health. Every puff, every dark circle, every premature line is the body showing what's wrong underneath Spending $200/month on serums while eating seed oils and sleeping 5 hours is treating the dashboard light instead of opening the hood DM me "REPORT" for the custom health report here's what you get: - full symptom and history mapping specific to you - the most likely biological root causes behind what you're feeling - exact labs to order and how to read the results yourself - a prioritized protocol: what to fix, in what order, built around your body not a generic PDF. not a supplement list. a personalized breakdown of what's actually wrong and how to fix it the report your doctor would give you if he had 4 hours instead of 13 minutes

Every healthy person has many worries. A sick person has one. Everyone hates being sick or at least having negative health symptoms. But think about it like this. > Instead of: how do I get rid of this > Ask this: what is causing this symptom? And what other symptoms do I have that’s connected to this one that might give me a broader understanding of the root cause. Symptoms aren’t the problem -> they’re diagnostic signals. If you can put all your symptoms together, it helps you identify the right root cause so that you can actually solve the problem for good…not just patch a symptom. 👇

1) David Grusch made it to the rank of Major, not Lt. Colonel or colonel. 2) He lost half a million dollars because he threw away his own career. But he was working real estate when the Debrief went public with his story. So, he wasn’t doing too bad. 3) He has at least one lawsuit and will probably lose the other one. 4) To date: none of his claims have been verified. 5) He STILL hasn’t written his Op-Ed. Grusch’s credibility is trash. Maybe he holds some clout in the UFO community but he’s not taken seriously in the IC, and that’s probably another reason why he’s no longer in it.
UAP Files@UAPFilesPodcast

Just a reminder that Col. Dave Grusch has likely lost at least half a million dollars in wages since leaving his GS-15 intellegence role in April 2023 to become a whistleblower. No monetised content. More and more credible as time goes on.

@RustyBulletH0le @iluminatibot In 1960 it took 6 hours to go from New York to LA by plane. In 2026 it takes the same amount of time. Thinking technology hasn’t been suppressed or we’ve made zero advancements in 66 years is the real crackpot.

@iluminatibot This is crackpot stuff, if it’s easy as some dude tinkering with his carburetor, literally any country or even company would see this as an advantage and just start mass producing any of these engines/advancements in technology. China’s vehicles would all be getting 100 mpg.

I feel like I'm living in an alternate universe. I don't have common ground with most people. Conversations are empty. I don't trust anyone, not because I don't want to, but because I can't. Everything just feels fake. The cost of being awake I guess.

Skinny guys who can't gain weight no matter how much they eat don't have "fast metabolisms" Their gut is so fucked that food passes through them like a tourist Every calorie they shove down is feeding bacteria instead of muscle tissue. They eat 3,500 calories and absorb maybe 1,800. The rest ferments, creates gas and bloating, and exits before their body ever gets to use it The "hardgainer" is not a body type. It's a digestion failure that the fitness industry rebranded into a genetic identity so they could sell you a mass gainer shake instead of fixing the actual problem You've been drinking 1,200 calorie shakes and wondering why you still look the same. Because you're not failing to eat enough. You're failing to ABSORB enough. And adding more volume to a broken system just creates more bacterial fuel The skinny guy who "eats whatever he wants and can't gain weight" almost always has: > Low stomach acid (protein sits undigested, ferments, causes bloating) > Damaged gut lining (nutrients pass through without being absorbed) > Bacterial overgrowth (the bacteria eat your food before you do) > Fast transit time (everything moves too quickly for proper absorption) > Chronic low-grade inflammation (body prioritizes immune response over building) His doctor says his bloodwork is "normal." Because the standard panel doesn't test for ANY of this Had a client. 6'1, 145 lbs. Ate 3,800 calories a day for 8 months. Gained 4 pounds. Four. Eating nearly 4,000 calories He was spending $400/month on food and supplements. Mass gainer, creatine, protein powder. None of it was being absorbed. His gut was a pipe with holes in it We stopped the mass gainer (it was making the gut worse). Dropped calories to 2,800 but fixed his digestion first. Betaine HCL with protein meals. Digestive enzymes. Repaired the gut lining. Slowed transit time. Cleared the bacterial overgrowth that was literally stealing his food He gained 18 pounds in 12 weeks on FEWER calories than the 8 months where he gained 4 Read that again. Fewer calories. More muscle. Because his body was finally absorbing what he ate Every "hardgainer" forum on the internet will tell you to eat more. Drink a gallon of milk. Blend oats into your shakes. More more more Nobody tells you to fix the system that processes the food. Because "eat more" is easy advice. "Your gut is broken and bacteria are eating your meals before you do" requires someone who actually understands what's happening If you're skinny and you've tried everything, you don't have a calorie problem. You have an absorption problem. And no amount of food fixes a broken pipe DM me "REPORT" for the custom health report here's what you get: - full symptom and history mapping specific to you - the most likely biological root causes behind what you're feeling - exact labs to order and how to read the results yourself - a prioritized protocol: what to fix, in what order, built around your body not a generic PDF. not a supplement list. a personalized breakdown of what's actually wrong and how to fix it the report your doctor would give you if he had 4 hours instead of 13 minutes

When people say, no billionaire has “ethical wealth”? What exactly do they mean? JK Rowling became a billionaire from writing books. George Lucas made his money from creating Star Wars. How is any of these unethical?
Crochet Creator🧶@OreAkinde

I wish we can all turn away from money worshipping as a society. Nobody should be aspiring to be a billionaire. No billionaire has ethical wealth. The politicians who are also billionaires are the reasons why you are very poor. They don’t have your interest at heart.
