Sunday 10k with @shawr2012 Furthest I’ve ran in 4 weeks, gentle run before @Rockingham10 next weekend (pacing 1:40 for 10miler) Ran at @shawr2012 pace as she is pacing the 70min 10k group 💪 Perfect pacing today, ignore the first mile as my GPS didn’t kick in till 0.1 miles 🤦‍♂️

@SBReventsUK @Rockingham10 Unfortunately not... (A) just outside of our travel limit and (B) doing the wolf run with friends (sorry for traitoring!) But I shall hopefully be at the SBR events again next year. PBs to beat and a score to settle on the Longhorn half course...

4 @SBReventsUK completed this year and 4 amazing medals. Favourite event probably Thoresby 10. Best performance this year was at Ashbourne. The longhorn was one to forget... As for Grimsthorpe I snatched defeat from the jaws of partial victory.
