Congratulations to Dr. Derek Nelson for successful completion of the biomedical engineering Ph.D. degree requirements! Derek received the Karen and Lester Gerhardt Prize for his dissertation work, which focused on elastin-like peptide generation for drug delivery to the brain.

Congratulations to @aehamilton7 on successfully defending her M.Eng. thesis this semester. We thank Adelle for her many contributions to the lab and for her efforts to investigate poly(pro-curcumin) materials for neural applications in collaboration with @edpalermoRPI!
