Day eleven of our Twelve Days of Stats! This year we completed 11 rounds of user testing! It is highly useful to us to figure out what needs changing on a website and to make sure its tailored to user needs. Plus allows us to show our clients a new perspective on their website!

Day ten of our Twelve Days of Stats! This year we spent ten days capturing business processes through interactive workshops with staff. These online sessions help our partners improve efficiency and enhance customer experience, making things easier (and better) for everyone!
