Coach Alexander Durley in 1976 led Beaumont Hebert to a Class 4A UIL championship, the 1st black school post desegregation to win a state UIL title. In 1982 the THSCA Hall of Famer ALSO led Beaumont West Brook to a state 5A championship in his 1st year as HFC. #BlackHistoryMonth
