@StronGingerMama The main thing is to enjoy and stick to your plan , the training is what it is and on the day just give it your best. I have not run many yet it's a great achievement, regardless of pace.

@DiBrander Strength work is good, although I only do it once a week for about 20 minutes

@SamSammani I go to the gym. Currently going easy on machines like leg press or anything that involves squatting.

@SamSammani Not injured per se, but I have a niggle somewhere on my left side between my knee and heel so I’m taking a self-imposed rest until I see the physio on Monday. I’ve only been off running for about a week. Feels like ages 😂

@BellaWallerstei Bella ,look up man Vs horse ,it's not an ultra but really unique,I am not on Facebook but you follow them,you may get a place with someone just pulling out, it's in June in Wales and so bloody hard because of the hills .

@AngeJayne77 It didn't show the jog, so you do jog between,I usually walk in between when I do these, I have noticed a difference this year, as I am just running more now .

@SamSammani It was 2 miles easy, then 8 x 25 secs sprints with 90 jog recovery, then 1 mile easy

@SamSammani I’ve already been doing 32 mile weeks for the last few weeks so he’s planned it based on what he thinks I’m capable of. It was a good session
