@lyfscraft I believe I had read somewhere that drinking alcohol triggers a T release the next day but then it's downregulated for the next few days, don't really remember.

@Zygomatic03 A 1mg dose on the weekend if the week was stressful is enough for me
English

Tonight’s experiment
50g carbs pre bed, six drops pyrucet, 1.5mg cypro
Plan is to wake up about 3lbs lighter
See you in Agartha.

Took Cyproheptadine for the first time last night Within about an hour I was in bed with such intensity that it was like being physically restrained in the sheets, asleep instantly Woke up groggy and ravenous after my first 7+ hour sleep in about a week (heatwave) Even this XL yoghurt bowl hasn’t touched the sides Fascinating

What’s mine? I need honesty because I tend to lie to myself

Which color are your eyes?

No, it's not true.
Ray Peat never said or wrote anything about young men licking sweat from girls (or anyone) for health. The original post is a shitpost/meme—the two images are just aesthetic photos of sweaty skin with zero quotes, sources, or context from Peat.
His actual work focused on metabolism, thyroid, progesterone, avoiding seed oils, and eating fruit/dairy/gelatin. This claim has no basis in his interviews, articles, or forum posts.

@TakeThiamine Banger
I was just thinking these last days about what all of that conflicting info meant. Clearer now

@BigolWave Avocados are only 10-15% PUFA. Basically the same as lard. Rest is MUFA and saturated.

Besides the fact that you'd need to eat liver everyday for months on end to experience toxicity (he should mention it, with all the fearmongering we're dealing with), have a look at the replies.
AI, AI, wikipedia copy paste...
In France, we say "the less jam you have, the more you spread".

Dr. Priyam Bordoloi@DocPriyamMD
Which vitamin overdose can seriously damage the liver? A) Vitamin C B) Vitamin D C) Vitamin A D) Vitamin B12 Most people think vitamins are always harmless but one can become dangerously toxic if overused.

@SirOrangeS61886 @Lihilalalololo No. Fats are already in "storage form". Carbs aren't, they need to be converted, which is metabolically demanding, so the body barely does it. Fat makes you fat.
English

@Lihilalalololo The inverse is how it works, actually.
If you are fatty, you need to increase your staurated fats intake.

@aestheticprimal like 300/400mL of milk, skimmed atm because I'm trying to lose some weight. When I have access to it (travel), raw and whole.

If you can get your hands on those, it's really good for beginners. If you can't, I recommend doing some australian pull ups (chest height bar), lean on a 45 degree angle to the ground, grab wide and imagine you have a pencil between your lats. Squeeze the imaginary pencil with your back muscles. If you struggle to imagine the pencil, get someone to actually put a straight pencil between your lats. Feel free to ask if it's unclear

@NocturnalNelly Outside of hair and skin, what do you attribute to your chin/jaw changes ? I feel like that's the biggest upgrade

For skincare I've tried every single topical treatment. Horrible acne scars since teen years.
New protocol is genuinely blowing my mind:
1) Microneedling with a proper device at 1.5mm once per month
2) Tretinoin .1% M/W/F
PM only
3) GHK-Cu 4% topical morning daily
3 months in and blown away so far. Only thing that has ever had a rapid noticeable change.
Assuming 3 more months or so it'll be crazier as I just started the tret more recently.
The pics are absolutely different lighting. Take my word for it, nothing to sell.

@HellenicVibes If it's unopened I'm sure they'll let you swap it with a caffeinated one

Lots of drive and energy at the gym today. After losing some fat (slowly but surely) by following @BerbarianWizard 's advice, I'm starting to feel like my back is stronger. Probably less weight to carry. I must be around 19/20% BF rn. Aiming for 16/15%.
Drink your fructose.
