On March 20, 2025, a woman posted a series of TikTok videos alleging that Gatto sexually assaulted her in a Milwaukee hotel room in September 2023, when she was 19 years old. She claimed the incident occurred after she met him at a brunch and attended his comedy show. She shared alleged screenshots of DMs, pictures of herself with him, and photos of bruises she claimed he caused. A second woman, who previously worked for Gatto during his Impractical Jokers days, came forward to People magazine alleging that Gatto sexually harassed her starting when she was 18. She alleged that he was handsy, made unwanted sexual comments, requested back massages, and was possessive. Fame does horrible things to people. Don't sell your soul and think you can get away with anything. You cant.
