I used to never speak when I streamed or played with folks. I hated my voice because I’d always get called a dude when I did. I grew up truly thinking my voice was unlikable, that even I didn’t like it. It took years to understand that my voice was just fine. I found out there were other’s whose voices were way deeper than my own. I’d never judge someone for their voice. It makes me sad to see. I’m extremely happy that my community and so many others like my voice. I gained a lot of confidence because of this.
