@stephennor62042@SusieM414141 Small town, big town, they are like a gang. Of course there are A LOT of good cops, but the sh_tty ones really stand out. This cop is a jerk!
Who is right? Hometown sheriff or man whose wife is in labor?
A man’s wife is in labor and he is rushing her to the hospital. The hometown sheriff (not in uniform) pulls him over. The man asks for an escort, but the sheriff writes him a ticket instead. Who is right in this situation, and what would you do? The sheriff said he should have pulled over and called EMS.
Thank you so much! This is great knowledge and advice for anyone who reads it. I don't ever plan on an interaction with LE but I am sure that most who are not living a life of crime don't. I was shocked and traumatized (not exaggerating) the one time I was pulled over. I didn't drive for a little over a year bc i was so afraid. My car sat parked and I refused to drive.
Whenever a person stop or vehicle stop is initiated because a citizen gave information (whether correct or wrong) to the police, you should wait until you are in court to state that you'd like to talk to the PR (person reporting). NEVER give the court a heads up that you are going to want to talk to that citizen because they might have a friend of theirs give a fake reason and say they were the ones who reported to the police. They will be surprised and unprepared. Everything hinges on the cause of stop. If you can't confront the accuser the case against you breaks down. Also they never gave the reason. This is important because once you dispel validity of the stop (if you knew the reason) the legal reason to hold you any longer is done. This is why some officers are continuously looking for something else that is wrong so they can hold you longer. Many states have a time limit such as 60 minutes, but that time resets if they find or invent another reason to hold you longer.
🚨 Some people panic the moment they see flashing lights. They start explaining themselves, apologizing, and giving away info they never had to share in the first place. But as soon as questions come back at them, everything changes. Knowing your rights and staying calm in these situations is something most people were never taught—and that lack of knowledge is exactly what the system counts on. 💡 Learning how these encounters really work and how to protect yourself legally is key to staying safe. ⚖️👮♂️
@FeelYouHappy It is so crazy how they drag these skits out. I am always hoping it will be good but they are usually very lame.🫤 This is one of the better ones which isn't saying much!😂
That is very true because we have the right to face our accuser and i didnt rven think of that.
I don't like how this went. I am glad he won in court. I had a really bad situation the one time I got pulled over and I completely complied but the cop was a total a-hole and it is a long story but I know i didnt do anything wrong. The female is the one who escalated the situation, it didnt have to go this way.
Never admit having a "weapon". Be polite, identify yourself, and otherwise be quiet. Don't facilitate their fishing expedition as they look for a way to screw you over. The cause for the stop was allegedly some citizen complaining. First thing you bring up in court if that you want to speak to the citizen who talked to the cops. That person will almost certainly not be there and most officers never document who the person was. That right there almost certainly nullifies whatever you were cited or arrested for.
This guy is NOT a criminal which is why he won in court. The female cop was definitely the one who escalated the situation. He asks for a supervisor and she points a gun at him??? The guy has fix it tickets, he has insurance, license, registration and he followed the statutes regarding gun ownership
Dope MF sick of these pieces acting like a traffick stop & officers trying to protect themselves is compared to Nazi Germany, look at his tattoos possible gang member & even has a firearm. Hes like “ wow” yeah wow welcome to trumps America we don’t F with POS criminals in this country!

Dr. Fauci recalls how “painful” it was to correct President Trump and tell the public that “magical elixirs” like hydroxychloroquine don’t work.
“It was very uncomfortable for me when he would… [invoke] magical elixirs like hydroxychloroquine, because somebody told him it works."
“So when the press asked me, as painful as it was, I had to say, ‘No, that’s not true. Hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work. In fact, it can harm you.’”
“And, no, [COVID] is not going to disappear like magic. So you’ve got to be careful and wear a mask.”
@1_RogueRed@MrPitbull07 I totally agree. If I didnt make it capital that was an oversight bc I usually do fix it. This man is a...

In 2015, Texas father George Pickering II refused to accept doctors’ declaration that his son was brain dead following a massive stroke. When hospital staff began withdrawing life support and contacted organ donation services, Pickering took a desperate stand—barricading himself inside the hospital room with a gun and triggering a tense three-hour SWAT standoff.
During negotiations, Pickering repeatedly insisted his son was still alive. Then came a moment that changed everything: on command, his son squeezed his hand, proving he was still responsive. Pickering eventually surrendered peacefully and spent nearly a year in jail for his actions.
Against all expectations, his son survived and went on to recover. Today, he openly credits his father’s refusal to give up—and his extreme, controversial decision—with saving his life.
Look at our government throughout the years and the enablers are we the people allowing them to get away with so much corruption for a very long time. We will soon be on the verge of collapse if some people don't go to jail forever [in my opinion] bc people are angry & they are suffering while the political class continues to divide us and leach off of us. It is disgusting really. Sorry I digressed!
@ShellieSolar@JustJenRX When the number of enablers becomes such that psychotics like her can be let off leash to cause death and damage, we'll reach the tipping point. From then on street justice will provide the necessary restraints and cullings.
@ShellieSolar@JustJenRX I would say the other woman you referred to was her mother!! And she should be charged because she watched her do much of that damage!
