USE CASE: Here's how a Tenant Rep working with a dentist used SiteMap. The dentist had Two 5-mile non-competes. SiteMap visualized that in the site survey with red circles. Then, using SiteMap's built-in Analytics... The Tenant Rep was able to run local demographics and competition searches instantly. The dental client now clearly sees sites outside their restrictive area, along with competition & demographic data to help guide her decision on the new location.

One of my favorite parts of SiteMap 👇 If a broker emails me a listing flyer that's a fit for one of my tenant/buyer prospects... I simple drag the flyer to the import feature: - Square footage, broker contact, address, name, and notes summarizing are AI extracted - Select a cover photo - Now everything is saved onto my map, I can share the link with my client. 30 seconds of work.

Currently SiteMap can pull several demographics on any site instantly. But if you think about it, it’s actually a backwards approach. Let’s say I represent a dentist, and wanted to focus on areas with high income, strong growth, and low dental competition. What if SiteMap could build a heat map that factors in all that data? Now I’m searching sites in a small window that already fit my clients demographic requirements. Update coming soon.
