@MrMagma912 @SoftCoreCircuit Currently Romeul's chances are lowered by his current evil nature, Rusty Cliff wanting to dispose of him and a looming death sentence from the old capital. But there's also a lot pointing towards playability. It's a 50 50 it seems

I'm honestly hoping Hoyo knows how much we want Romeul, the Japanese community seems really excited for him while both English and Chinese communities are doomposting a lot about how low his chances of being playable are. It's genuinely sad being this upset at a game you love.
