So $UVXY finishes March at $52.30 making for its third month higher in a row (as well as EVERY month in 2026 😜) Since Oct 2011 (inception date), we've NEVER had 45 months in a row. @michaellistman Generally how close to the midpoint do you eventually get your fills? The bid-ask is pretty wide on $UVXY.

$UVXY printed 40% above it's current ATL and threatening my significant 50% level. Statistically there's a 33% chance we get there ($50.93) and a 16.5% chance we get to a 100% spike ($67.90.) Though those odds double if we print a 50% spike. Trying to get fills as we're above my 38% trigger level. (sharing my opens here: civolatility.substack.com/p/join) Nobody knows where this is going, as the market needs to exercise its demons. Be safe out there, this too shall pass. Just don't blow yourself up 😉

@michaellistman I’ve noticed with this admin, a disproportionately high number of market moving events happens on Fridays.

If you want a preview of what a US strike on Iran might look like to markets, look at Feb/Mar 2022 when Russia was building up to, then attacked Ukraine on Feb22. Max $SPX sell off was about 6% but full recovery was very fast. There are many similarities and differences, and underlying market conditions are much different (2022 was a bearish year with the Fed hiking rates) Either way we have a softball pitch of a binary event afoot! 😺😋💰
