Isn’t he exactly the kind of swing Memphis should be taking?

Ja Morant has "not gotten over" his suspension earlier this season and has told players and former coaches that he is “done playing for Memphis,” per @espn “Morant still hasn't gotten over the suspension, multiple league sources said, because he felt alienated by teammates, who were told to leave the star guard alone so he could work through the issues that had led to the suspension. In the aftermath, Morant told players around the league and some of his former coaches that he isn't playing for Memphis anymore, sources said.”

The NBA needs to fine the Grizzlies for this disgraceful display of basketball tonight.
They have only six players, really only five since Dariq Whitehead has barely played, going up against a Jazz team who was already fined for “tanking.”
Utah is up 40… This is awful.

Did some quick homework and I’m right on board with the Cedric Coward to OKC hype the fit is too perfect. 3-years of elite shooting with a near 50% 3PAr, same measurables as JDub, very comfortable playing off the ball/catch, Shai fan, good advanced metrics on both ends.

@BlackBookClub1 If the Memphis Grizzlies leave, it’s bigger than basketball. It impacts jobs, including mine. That’s why it doesn’t sit right hearing people push for it. This team is part of the city, and losing it would be a real loss for Memphis.
