I’m super thankful to be able to get 2nd place in one of the first One Piece Regionals with the new Serial Luffy. It was a great tournament and I had a blast playing against some great players. I’ve been fortunate enough to lock in a sale for my ungraded Luffy for $30,300 earlier this week. @P0ssuidao If you play Rosi normal and they go 2nd you will lose every single time. You have to be aggressive and not play into their typical FU Rosi curve. Shira is a lot easier imo. Just remember they cycle a lot but never go up in hand size. You can control board or be aggressive.
