Many in #arpx who are loudest about #Ukraine️ are dead silent about China. In reality, the abuse of innocent people in China is as bad as Ukraine. But many public officials in Arkansas are scared of China, and they won’t say a word against Chinese abuses.

This week will be interesting for #ARLeg. Most of the legislative body have been cut out of the process when it comes to dealing with the COVID-19 issue. We have been treated like an adversary, not a partner; like an obstacle to overcome rather than a co-laborer in the process.
Throughout this pandemic, Arkansans have determined what is best for their health, and I am confident they will continue to do so as we enter in to Phase Two. (2/2)
After consultation with my public health team, I announced that we will expand economic opportunity with public health guidelines and enter Phase Two of our economic recovery. (1/2)
More proof that Arkansans care. 2 people in Jonesboro organized a free-pizza night to encourage their town, which had COVID plus a tornado. Word spread, donations arrived. It became Operation Full Belly: 2 weeks, 12 restaurants, 2,500 free suppers. That's the spirit of Arkansas.
Several states starting to open up now! It’s time for @CityofJonesboro to lift the curfew or provide detailed & specific evidence of transmition between 10pm & 6am.
China is withholding vital medical supplies from us—supplies made by *American companies* in China. In the middle of a pandemic unleashed on the world by China.
China must pay. wsj.com/articles/china…

Long-Term Reserve Fund:
“The governor and recent legislatures have done a good job of getting this set up and making sure it’s funded,” says @jmhorp, but it’s important to set firm rules for the future too.
