Earlier in my career, a lot of energy went into proving that we could build something meaningful. Over time, the focus shifted. The question became less about whether we could create and more about what deserves to exist. That has pushed me toward a bigger view of access and ownership. For a long time, many of the best financial tools, opportunities, and networks were concentrated in a relatively small world. I think a healthier future gives far more people a real stake in the system. That belief has only gotten stronger as Robinhood has grown and as I have seen how much demand there is for a more inclusive model.
Here, we propose a new token launch and distribution paradigm: 1. A permissionless protocol where community members govern token distribution — the Proof of Brain mechanism. 2. Automated distribution of 15% of the total token supply to contributors on X who create content or interact with the token’s #Hashtag or $Cashtag. 3. A transaction-driven social distribution rate, utilizing a V4 Hook to route tokens into the pending distribution pool triggered by trading volume. In addition, a decentralized social data collection system maps every authentic piece of attention (content creation or social interaction) on X directly onto a Social Data Availability (DA) Layer. By combining distributed storage for interaction data, a transparent social distribution protocol, and smart-contract-managed tokens, we successfully achieve decentralized measurement of attention contributions and automated token distribution. Meanwhile, this 15% token allocation can be combined with diverse distribution mechanisms via Nutbox, a modular token distribution protocol, to reward a wider array of contributor types.

you folks have been vocal about the constant new token spam, vamps, and we identified some bots spamming and copying new tokens every hour we are finding a workaround for this issue and we have decided to temporarily disable new launches while we work existing tokens still work normally on uniswap and so on
