In alignment with our mission to implement decentralized governance into the fabric of society, Clarity has been working with Peru’s Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation (@PeruPaisDigital ) and TechGob NGO (@techgob_) to explore how blockchain infrastructure can support national digital transformation, leveraging @Cardano and @MidnightNtwrk. Why Peru? Peru’s data governance framework has matured significantly over the past years, with new regulations explicitly requiring privacy and transparency by-design in digital systems. For government agencies tasked with modernizing legacy infrastructure, this creates both urgency and opportunity. Together with @PeruPaisDigital and @Clarity_DAO we organized a full-day workshop for 18 Peruvian State institutions. We guided them to prototype compliant blockchain solutions for their challenges, using modular features for interoperable, transparent and private-by-design needs.

Our webinar with @PeruPaisDigital and @Clarity_DAO engaged 240 government agents. Through a live demo based on @Cardano and @MidnightNTWRK, we presented Blockchain as the compliant infrastructure Peru needs for digital identity, data integrity, interoperability, and sovereignty.

Building on our work in Chile, we partnered with @PeruPaisDigital and @Clarity_DAO to lead a webinar and workshop for the Peruvian State. We presented Blockchain as a key infrastructure for their digital transformation mandate, and guided 17 institutions to prototype on-chain.

Our webinar and workshop with @LabGobCL explored the core features of Blockchain and successful use cases. We discussed how Blockchain provides solutions for validating records, decentralizing processes and streamlining governance through automation. youtu.be/ceA32um6aGw?si…

TechGob held its first governmental activities in August 2025: an online webinar and an in-person workshop alongside the Chilean Government Lab. Over 300 public officials and members of the @LabGobCL network participated, with the support of @StellarOrg. techgob.cl/wks-stgo
