Question for you. When its rolled out to everyone. How are you going to prove you are not a kid? To disable that feature, what are you going to need to do? Provide ID to a company that stores that ID.. then go to the next website and the same thing.. those two websites can then be linked together, repeat and repeat, there's your map. I'm all for features to block this kinda stuff but it should be down to the parents to activate this on the kids devices, and once its done it can only be removed by the person who added it. I'm all for government funding software etc to block it. That allows parents to block it and the kids not be able to remove. But to say this is not an attempt to get Digital ID is a joke.

@Waffling1999 Australia shows some kids bypass it; fair point. Doesn’t mean we shrug and let UK kids get flooded with porn and grooming material. Better than zero effort. ‘Digital ID attempt’ is a massive stretch for on-device nude detection. Not every safety measure is a conspiracy.

Not gonna lie, I don’t see why anyone would be against this. Those companies should also be proud to make their platforms safer places, especially for kids. But I guess it’s all about the money.

Does anyone have the story to this? What happened to them? is the girl ok? I cannot imagine the injuries she sustained, how did no-one hear her cries.. How did no-one hear the kids swearing, there's cars all over and what looks to be people inside. That poor girl, these kids deserve the death penalty and their parents need to be jailed for a very long time. I'm pretty heartless and give 0 shits about most people but as a parent this broke me.

A 7-year-old girl gets mobbed and beaten by a pack of older girls while someone just stands there filming instead of helping. This is sickening — that poor baby is terrified and crying, and not one adult steps in. What the hell is wrong with people?

Labour destroying the job market, AI allowing companies to cut more jobs, whilst replacing it with AI. Eventually there's going to less and less people able to work due to the lack of jobs due to over qualified people taking any job due to AI replacing their current role. Mix that in with the tax increases on businesses etc, more and more places shut down or can't afford to recruit more. Who's going to pay for all the hotels then?

This will be a game changer for job seekers who will be able to search for jobs, build a cv and receive information about different roles and opportunities in their area tailored to their specific interests and experience.
