Been reading a lot of news stories about over tourism recently. To be clear Japan doesn't have an over tourism problem. Kyoto has an over tourism problem. Not sure how it can be tackled but the Japan National Tourism Organisation should find ways to encourage folks to visit elsewhere.

Working on a business solo is SO hard, I’ve reached a point where I’ve now learned how to successfully launch a trip but then what - now I have multiple trips running at once and getting the bookings etc. for each is so hard 😅
