Yup, they aged her up. Tekken is afraid to age up its women, even Street Fighter to a point. Pai Chan aged like fine wine. Most of the male characters show their age in fighting games. I don't see a problem with them having a gray-haired female sensei or showing some wrinkles.
Fighting games are known for having a diverse cast of characters from different ages and backgrounds. So, I wouldn't see it as a problem to lend that same attribute to its female cast.
