I probably should’ve explained it better Instead of making it sound like I was lifting like very small light weights. Like the dumbbells I used were 30 lbs and my bench for today was 3 sets of 135 lbs. Yes I could’ve lifted more. way more. I just didn’t because I just wanted to get used to the weights again since it’s been awhile.
@BuenoHames It’s because I can’t lie it’s been an entire month since I hit the gym so this is just me getting back into it again and working my endurance again.
I do plan on increasing the weight and just doing 10-12 reps once I feel the consistency
