In fact, a case can be made that he never entered the business again after being trespassed and the business closed down when he was on the property again.

Ben Schneider was trespassed. Then he returned to the property where he'd been trespassed. He's then charged with trespass. Perhaps he'll be found not guilty, who knows. But it's NOT a bullshit charge.

❗️ ANOTHER RECKLESS BEN LIE EXPOSED ❗️ In Part 2 of his series on Bricks and Minifigs, Ben claimed his arm was pulled so far back while being arrested it "dislocated his shoulder" before flashing an image on screen which appeared to be the x-ray image of this injury. In a response by American Fork PD yesterday, it was said this could NOT have been the arm that was claimed to be injured because Ben said his ->right<- shoulder was dislocated while the x-ray is of a ->left<- shoulder. American Fork PD also stated there was no report by Ben of any injury at any point during or following the arrest. In response to these statements, Ben said the x-ray image was "obviously" a stock image and the fact it was a stock image should have been obvious to any viewer. Really? Was that obvious to you when watching this? And if Ben actually had his shoulder dislocated, why did he use a stock image of an x-ray instead of the real thing? Why did Ben fail to report at the time of his arrest that injury occurred? HOW could he fail to mention the agonizing pain he was in? The answers to these questions are simple: Reckless Ben is a liar.

Why did Reckless Ben make the claim that he won a small claims court victory against the Bricks & Minifigs store when in reality the cases were dismissed? Two of the cases he didn't even file the paperwork correctly and served the wrong people. The judge dismissed those cases. He does have an active case against Joshua Johnson, but that case is still active and the trail is later this month. Why lie about winning the cases?

As someone who lives in Utah, the American Fork Police department has a notoriously bad reputation that is well known across the state. Other police departments across the state make fun of them. Take everything they say with a grain of salt or just dismiss it as lying. They never hold themselves accountable.
