@GamesRadar I mean...on Windows Sony is just a publisher getting a 70% cut on the games they sell. On their consoles they get 100% of their own games AND 30% of everyone else's. Who is surprised that they make more money on their own platform? Who argued that they dont?

@gkgftzb @deckwizardyt @NixxesSoftware Put it like this...if someone was looking for a gaming handheld in 2026 that could do it all and do it all well, I would not recommend the SD. Android phones can do emulation. It was an excellent 2022-2023 device...in 2026, its better to look elsewhere imo

But it plays everything this generation that isn't demanding (i.e Resident Evil Requiem) and everything that came before this gen There's extreme value in that, no? Not to mention emulated games and the fact it's a full PC

@44F0rc3 The "good old days" was just Xbox consoles. No, I dont want that. I love Xbox Play Anywhere and currently hop back and forth between my Series X and Windows Handheld. I also dont see Nintendo as a threat to Xbox's business and feel releasing there 6 months to a year later works.

@calcran4401 @Wario64 I think its been the sheer quantity of quality sales on Xbox lately...its one almost every week that cooks and then the value you get with Play Anywhere really coming into its own recently and being littered all in these sales are really setting them apart for me.

@415tule @Wario64 Yes, I too have the emulated versions on PC and they are great to have...but it doesnt replace the originals on actual Xbox hardware. Original Xbox emulation in particular can be finicky at times and performance not always where you want it.
